Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting our 3D printing business. Because our products are custom manufactured and made to order, please review our policy carefully before placing an order. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Custom Product Variations

Our products are created through 3D printing processes and may contain natural variations that make each item unique.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Product appearance, color, texture, finish, dimensions, and overall quality may vary.

  • Minor differences in size, layer lines, surface finish, color shades, and detail are normal characteristics of 3D printing.

  • Variations may occur depending on:

    • Customization requests

    • Material type

    • Filament or resin batches

    • Print orientation

    • Manufacturing methods

    • Product design and scaling

These variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If a shipment is:

  • Lost after being marked delivered

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Misdelivered by the carrier

  • Delayed by the shipping carrier

the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or carrier-confirmed delivered packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives physically damaged during transit or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of the product received

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Reviewing product descriptions and dimensions before purchase

  • Confirming customization details before checkout

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
